18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age range for enrollment is 18 to 75 years old, with no gender restrictions; 2. Complete cognitive ability; 3. Patients who undergo morning colonoscopy examination; 4. Willing and able to tolerate colonoscopy examination, following research instructions; 5. Take bowel cleansing medication as instructed and sign an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe stenosis of the rectum, perianal abscess, and anal fissure; 2. Acute severe colitis and severe radiation enteritis; 3. Intestinal obstruction; 4. Chronic constipation; 5. Irritable bowel syndrome; 6. History of previous colon resection and anastomosis; 7. Patients with extensive adhesions in the abdominal cavity; 8. Patients with advanced cancer accompanied by extensive intra-abdominal metastasis; 9. Acute diffuse peritonitis; 10. Severe ascites and pregnant women; 11. Patients with severe heart and lung failure, severe hypertension, cerebrovascular disease, mental disorders, and coma; 12. Castor oil allergy
