Atrial septal defect
Conditions
Interventions
Gold Standard:Two-dimensional and three-dimensional echocardiography is the gold standard for the diagnosis of atrial septal defect
Index test:Preoperative ultrasound: ASD size (diameter length and area), residual margin size, transseptal blood flow velocity, color Doppler flow, right atrial transverse diameter and upper and lower
Other conventional echocardiographic parameters were also obtained. Save the front view of ASD in 3D mode and TrueVue mode.
Postoperative ultrasound: whether there is residual transseptal blood flow.
