Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-60 years, 2. At least 3 months post-surgery, 3. Minimum educational level of elementary school, 4. Undergoing bariatric metabolic surgery for the first time, 5. Possessing normal speaking and hearing abilities, able to communicate and accept researchers, informed and voluntary participants
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe postoperative complications such as gastrointestinal bleeding, anastomotic fistula, intestinal obstruction, dumping syndrome, and cholelithiasis. 2. Individuals with severe cognitive impairments, mental illnesses, or hyperthyroidism. 3.Those suffering from severe primary diseases of the heart, brain, lungs, kidneys, hematological system, or malignant tumors. 4. Individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding. 5. Persons with disabilities or other conditions that prevent them from walking or limit their mobility. 6. Individuals without oral diseases who can eat normally.
