1:Routine health care for pregnant women.
1:Routine health care for pregnant women and 4 group counseling sessions and 2 individual counseling sessions.

Age
18 Years to 49 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) aged over 18, 2) 12-13 weeks of pregnancy, 3) create profiles and will receive routine maternal care in Maternal and Child Hospital of Baiyun District, 4) score over 20 of VPSQ

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) have a history of mental illness, 2) unable to participate independently in research, 3)informed consent cannot be provided
