35 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-70 years old, male or female, right-handed; 2.Confirmed by craniocerebral diffusion-weighted image as a new cerebral infarction with supratentorial lesions; 3.within 14 days of onset; 4.National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score on a scale of 3-12; 5.Simplified Mental Status Examination Scale (MMSE) score = 24; 6.Under guidance, it can be easily combined with swallowing; 7.Stable vital signs with no progression in 48 hours; 8.Agree to participate in and sign informed consent for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous cerebrovascular disease with mRS = 1 before onset; 2.MRI contraindications (eg, presence of metals in the body) and failure to perform MRI; 3.Previous oropharynx, esophageal and other local diseases, which have affected swallowing function; 4.Patients with severe consciousness impairment, cognitive impairment, speech impairment and mental disorders affecting swallowing movements; 5.Serious neurological disorders (including, but not limited to, dementia, Parkinson's disease, or alcoholism) other than stroke 6.Brain tumors, intracranial infections and other intracranial diseases; 7.Patients with combined psychiatric disorders and severe organic diseases such as heart, lungs and kidneys.
