18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age: Female patients aged 18 to 35 years; (2) Infertile patients who choose to undergo ICSI; (3) Obtaining =20 oocytes. (4) Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Infertile patients undergoing PGT (2) Patients older than 35 years of age; (3) Presence of severe spermatozoa morphological abnormalities; (4) Patients who have had several low or failed IVF fertilisations in the past. (5) Combination of ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, cervical cancer, and other systemic tumors; (6) Chromosomal abnormalities; (7) Patients who refused to participate in the study or were lost to follow-up.
