18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range from 18 to 60 years old; 2. Single stone diameter = 2cm, or cumulative maximum diameter of multiple stones = 2cm; 3. ASA score I/II level; 4. All patients voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled urinary tract infection; 2. Patients with renal abscess discovered during surgery; 3. Patients with abnormal pelvic structures (ectopic kidney, horseshoe kidney, duplicate kidney), ureteral stenosis, urethral stricture, and urinary diversion; 4. Severe hydronephrosis; 5. Renal function is in the decompensated phase (blood creatinine>178umol/L); 6. Severe systemic hemorrhagic disease; 7. Patients who underwent bilateral surgery simultaneously; 8. Severe hip joint deformity with difficulty in positioning.
