45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Asymptomatic average-risk individuals aged 45-75 years who voluntarily agreed to participate in this study and signed an informed consent form were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria include: 1) Patients with colonoscopy within 10 years 2) Suspected or diagnosed colorectal cancer within 6 moths 3) A history of inflammatory bowel diseases and gastrointestinal polyposis syndrome 4) A family history of colorectal cancer 5) Patients with alarming symptoms and signs including hematochezia, melena, abdominal pain, weight loss or anemia without specific causes, abdominal mass, and positive digital rectal examination. 6) Patients undergoing emergency colonoscopy 7) Coagulopathy or receiving antiplatelet or anticoagulant within 7 days before the colonoscopy 8) A history of colonic resection or abdominal surgery 9) Patients with contraindications to endoscopy 10) Refusal to participate
