Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Aged 18 years or over; (2)Sepsis 3.0 diagnostic criteria were met within 24 hours of EICU admission; (3)EICU Stay >= 5 days; (4)Percentage of monocytes recorded and absolute value of monocytes recorded >= 3 times.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant or lactating women; (2) Patients with primary autoimmune diseases or hematological diseases; (3) Patients with malignant tumors and those who had recently received radiotherapy, chemotherapy or immunosuppressive therapy; (4) HIV-Positive patients; (5) Patients with severe multiple trauma (injury severity score >=16); (6) With severe liver or kidney diseases (advanced cirrhosis, uremia, hemodialysis and/or peritoneal dialysis); (7) History of taking anticoagulant drugs or anti-platelet aggregation drugs within 2 weeks before admission.
