35 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ages 35-65, gender not specified; 2. Diagnosed lumbar disc herniation: the patient must be clinically and radiographically diagnosed as having a lumbar disc herniation; 3. Duration of symptoms: patients whose symptoms have lasted for a certain period of time (3 months) ; 4. No response to other therapies: the patient had tried other non-operative therapies, but no significant remission; 5.Suitable for Radiofrequency ablation: patients with indications for Radiofrequency ablation without contraindications; 6. Patients' cooperation: Patients' consciousness is clear, they have the ability of language communication and they are willing to cooperate with long-term follow-up 7. Signing informed consent: Patients voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unclear diagnosis: the patient's condition is not clear or there are other potential causes of neuralgia; 2. Active infection: patients with active infection or fever, surgery may increase the risk of infection; 3. Bleeding tendency: patients with bleeding tendency or are taking drugs affecting blood coagulation; 4. Severe cardiovascular disease: patients with severe cardiovascular disease or other chronic diseases not suitable for surgery; 5. Pregnancy: when a woman becomes pregnant, she is usually excluded because of the potential risk of Radiofrequency ablation to the fetus 6. Patients with diabetes: diabetes or hypoglycemic treatment affects the results of the study; 7. Mental health issues: patients with severe mental health issues are excluded.
