Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form. 2 Diagnosed with chronic coronary syndrome, or diagnosed with acute coronary syndrome within the past 12 months and has completed complete coronary revascularization. 3 Underwent intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) evaluation within the last month. 4 Age = 18 years, no gender restrictions. 5 Able to cooperate with examinations and treatments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Unable to obtain intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) or PSS-10 questionnaire results. 2 Accompanied by significant angina symptoms (CCS score = 3) or clinically unstable signs (blood pressure, heart rate). 3 Presence of severe primary valvular disease. 4 Combined with cardiomyopathies other than ischemic cardiomyopathy. 5 Suffering from chronic renal insufficiency: CKD stage 5 or undergoing regular renal replacement therapy. 6 Suffering from organic mental disorders or other severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder. 7 Patients with suicidal tendencies. 8 Use of antidepressants, anxiolytics, or antipsychotic medications within the past 3 months. 9 Participation in other interventional clinical trials. 10 Life expectancy due to illness is less than 1 year or the presence of other diseases severely affecting 1-year survival. 11 Pregnancy or breastfeeding. 12 Inability to understand or answer questions, or complete questionnaires due to subjective or objective reasons. 13 Considered unsuitable for participation in the clinical trial by the investigator.
