Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Heads and pediatric anesthesia doctor of anesthesia departments of hospitals at all levels (including private hospitals) performing pediatric surgery nationwide.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who failed to complete the questionnaire completely due to omission or wrong filling; those who were judged as invalid questionnaires. (Any one of the following will be judged as an invalid questionnaire: a. The questionnaire takes less than 2 minutes to answer; b. The logic of the pre-designed common sense questions and mutually exclusive questions in the questionnaire is confusing.)
