Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for quantitative studies: (1) Postoperative patients diagnosed with head and neck tumors by pathological examination and have undergone surgical treatment; (2) Patient age= 18 years; (3) No cognitive dysfunction, able to complete the questionnaire; (4) Be aware of your own diseases; (5) The patient agrees to sign the informed consent form; Inclusion criteria for qualitative research: (1) Postoperative patients diagnosed with head and neck tumors by pathological examination and have undergone surgical treatment; (2) Poor nutritional adherence is defined as postoperative intake not reaching 75% of the prescribed intake; (3) Patient age= 18 years old; (4) No cognitive dysfunction, able to complete the questionnaire; (5) Be aware of your own diseases; (6) Both the patient and the primary caregiver agree to sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Have a history of psychiatric illness or are currently taking psychiatric medications; (2) Those with serious diseases of the heart, lungs, brain, kidneys, etc.
