Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: They were right-handed and had normal or corrected-to-normal vision. All participants were healthy and had no history of neurological or mental disorders. All the participants were instructed to ensure adequate sleep (7–9 h per day) and maintain healthy sleep habits for approximately half a month until the beginning of the TSD experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the participants scored above 5 on the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index; Have a habit of drinking alcohol, coffee or smoking; Any drugs or stimulants were taken from 48 hours before the experiment to the end of the experiment.
