Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged =18 years, underwent standard electrocardiogram testing, and had clear chest CT images taken within three months before and after admission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with missing chest CT, electrocardiogram, or critical laboratory examination data in their physical examination records; those suffering from acute severe infections, heart failure, or acute myocardial infarction; those with a history of atrial fibrillation, structural heart disease, malignant tumors, thyroid diseases; and patients with chronic kidney disease who are undergoing dialysis or awaiting kidney transplantation.
