Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years; 2. Hospitalized due to diagnosed or suspected heart failure; 3. Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a history of mental illness, drug addiction, or alcoholism, or for other reasons unable to cooperate with follow-up; 2. Individuals with other serious diseases with an expected life expectancy of less than one year; 3. Pregnant women or women of childbearing age intending to become pregnant within one year; 4. Individuals currently participating in other clinical studies and still within the observation period; 5. Other situations deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researchers.
