Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: [1] Being diagnosed with ASD; [2] Guaranteed participation in a 6-week training period; [3] Have the ability to follow directions and perform required physical interventions; [4] did not participate in regular, long-term physical activity other than regular school physical activity and interventions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: [1] Previous experience in rock climbing related sports; [2] Inability to follow instructions or carry out intervention-related commands; [3] Suffering from serious cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases or having illnesses that make them unfit to participate in training; [4] Voluntary withdrawal before or during the experiment; [5] Failure to complete the pre- and post-assessment tests.
