Experimental Group:The end-expiratory partial pressure of carbon dioxide is controlled at 45-50mmhg in the experimental group
Control group:The end-expiratory partial pressure of carbon dioxide is controlled at 35-40mmhg in the control group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Tonsil hypertrophy; 4-8 years old; male or female.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases; children with developmental delays, mental disorders; children recently taking sleeping and sedative drugs; children with a history of anaesthetic allergy.
