13 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?age 13 to 18 years; ?=5 NSSI behaviors in the past year and at least 1 NSSI behavior in the past month; these injuries were intentionally committed without suicidal intent and could only result in mild or moderate physical injury; ?unimpaired consciousness and normal communication; ?easy access to cell phone and internet; ?patients and their families voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Being treated with psychotherapy based on CBT; history of manic episodes; having a serious psychiatric or somatic illness; and being at moderate or higher risk of suicide.
