Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cerebral infarction confirmed by CT or MRI were in stable condition; 2. The first occurrence of unilateral skin laminar or subcortical lesions; 3. Brunnstrom hand stage ?~?, Ashworth grade 0 ~?; 4. No Severe cognitive impairment (MMSE score =24); 5. No sensory and visual impairment; 6. Signing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. congestive heart failure; Malignant progressive hypertension; Respiratory failure; 2. Fracture,Patients with hand dysfunction not caused by stroke such as rheumatoid arthritis; 3. Poor compliance and low cooperation; 4. Unstable condition,Unable to participate in the training.
