18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 and above and aged 30 and below; (2) Chinese citizens; (3) Own a smartphone or tablet and have normal access to the Internet; (4) Have a PHQ-9 score higher than 5 at the time of enrollment; (5) Cooperate in participating in this trial and provide app monitoring data, consultation chat records and related data; (6) Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with severe physical illness or organic brain disease; (2) Those with a history of alcohol or other drug abuse; (3) Those with a score of severe depression on the Self-Assessment Depression Scale (PHQ-9>20); (4) Those with suicidal thoughts or attempts within one month before the start of the trial; (5) Those who are receiving other psychological or drug treatments; (6) Those with a history of mental illness diagnosis; (7) Those with a score of PHQ-9 Item 9 or BSI-CV higher than 0; (8) Those who are not suitable for participation for other reasons;
