Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia in the ICD-10 Classification of Mental and Behavioral Disorders; 2) Receiving antipsychotic drugs for = 6 months; 3) Overweight: BMI = 25.0 kg/m2 4) P1 delusions, P2 conceptual disorders, P3 hallucinations, and P6 suspicion/persecution entries in positive and negative syndrome scale (PANSS) were all = 3 (mild); 5) Inpatients aged 60-70 years; 6) Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Have used drugs (such as antihistamines, hormones, etc.) that have a significant impact on lipid metabolism and weight in the past 1 month; 2) Have serious organic diseases or other mental illnesses; 3) Those with movement disorders or other physical disorders that cause unsuitable exercise (such as fractures, inguinal hernias, etc.); Patients who do not wish to participate in the study or are unable to cooperate with the study requirements.
