Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic heart failure and are being hospitalized in the cardiology ward of our hospital; 2. Clear consciousness and normal speech cognition; 3. No fractures of both upper limbs, no skin damage, no activity disorder; 4. Age = 30 years old and = 85 years old, gender is not limited; 5. Stable condition and vital signs; 6. Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with peripheral neuropathy and other central neuropathy; 2. Moderate to severe anemia: hemoglobin < 90g/L; 3. Severe speech, vision, hearing impairment or mental impairment, which affects relevant assessment and treatment; 4. Serious complications such as cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, severe liver and kidney insufficiency, and lung infection; 5. Limb paralysis, upper limb fractures, tissue damage, peripheral nerve damage; 6. Suffering from malignant tumors; 7. Patients with hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; 8. Pregnant and lactating women, HCG test for women of childbearing age to exclude pregnancy; 9. Patients with arrhythmias such as atrial tachycardia, atrial premature contractions, ventricular premature contractions, supraventricular tachycardia, etc.
