30 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria: patients with chronic nonhealing diabetic foot wound for more than 1 month, age range of 30–60 years old, ankle-brachial index of 0.5–0.8, transcutaneous oxygen pressure of 20–40 mmHg, and Wagner grade of 2–4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were as following: patients with untreated cellulitis, malignancy in the foot wound, significant necrotic tissue and osteomyelitis as well as patients with a history of treatment with growth factors or hyperbaric oxygen therapy within 30 days prior to or during the study period.
