Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective lymphedema aspiration in our hospital; ASA grade I-III; Aged from 18 to 65 years; Signing Informed Consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Current infection or preoperative body temperature 37.3?; Severe endocrine, cardiovascular or respiratory diseases; Mental illness or cognitive impairment; Preoperative anemia; Hemodynamic instability and uncontrolled hypertension occurred on admission to the operating room. Antipyretic drugs were taken within 24 hours before operation. a-receptor blockers, monoamine oxidase inhibitors and tricyclic antidepressants were taken before surgery. There were contraindications to general anesthesia or phenylephrine infusion. Tympanic membrane or esophageal thermometry could not be performed
