Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. suitable gestational age infants born less than 37 weeks and admitted to hospital for the first time; 2. No limb dysfunction, allergy and phlebitis; 3. No abnormality in hearing screening; 4. mothers of preterm infants had no serious complications, and the parents had no hoarseness and mental disorders; 5. Obtain informed consent from family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The 5-minute score is less than 7 points; 2. Use invasive ventilator mechanical ventilation and high-frequency oscillation ventilation; 3. sedative, analgesic or muscle relaxant within 24 hours; 4. with intracranial hemorrhage, severe asphyxia and sepsis; 5. diseases: congenital stupidity, congenital heart disease, etc.
