Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Signing the informed consent form; (2) Pathologically confirmed sinonasal soft tissue sarcoma (STS); (3) Relative good physical condition with tolerance of endoscopic nasal surgery; (4) No distant metastasis; (5) The research team must believe that complete resection of malignancy could be achieved through endoscopic surgery; (6) Good organ function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patient has surgical contraindications such as severe cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases, and coagulation disorders; (2) Patient has uncontrolled concurrent illnesses; (3) Patient has severe neurological or psychiatric disorders, including dementia and seizures; (4) Uncontrolled active infection state; (5) Any other conditions that may hinder patient's compliance with the study protocol; (6) Pregnant or lactating women.
