Interventions

tDCS group:Transcranial direct current stimulation with 1.5mA anode located on the left dorsolateral prefrontal lobe
tACS group:Transcranial direct current stimulation with 1.5mA anode located on the left dorsolateral prefrontal lobe
Sham group:In the sham group, the current intensity increased from 0mA to 1.5mA in the first 30 seconds, then immediately decreased to 0mA, and after 20min of sham stimulation, the current intensity

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18-60; 2) Body Mass Index (BMI) range: 18.5-23.9 kg/m2; 3) Diagnosed with chronic low back pain, with pain symptoms lasting more than 3 months and reporting pain symptoms at least 3 days per week; 4) Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) = 4; 5) Non-depressed patients with Baker Depression Scale (BDI) score < 13; 6) Female subjects were not menstruating.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) There are metal and electronic implants; History of intracranial tumor, craniocerebral injury, cardiovascular disease; 2) Use of analgesics; 3) Lower back pain caused by serious illness; 4) A confirmed history of acute or chronic mental illness, epilepsy and/or family history; 5) Have had or planned to have spinal surgery in the past 12 months; 6) have been pregnant or given birth within the last six months; 7) Neurodegenerative diseases are present; 8) Alcohol or substance dependence; 9) Any serious disease, infectious disease, etc.; 10) There are any contraindications to EEG examination; 11) Any contraindications for tACS and tDCS.
