Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 65-85 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy under elective general anesthesia; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Class I-III; 4. No serious respiratory diseases, no serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (hypertension is systematically treated with SBP=160mmHg, DBP=90mmHg).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction (AST/ALT exceeds the upper limit of normal by 1.5 times, creatinine/urea nitrogen exceeds the upper limit of normal by 1.2 times); 2. Local anesthetic allergy; 3. Patients with severe obesity (BMI > 32 kg/m2); 4. Opioid abuse and communication disorders; 5. Chronic chest pain.
