Control group(B):Not place an external pancreatic duct drainage during pancreaticoduodenal surgery

18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Pancreatic tumors or periampullary tumors which requires pancreaticoduodenectomy; (2)Patients are able to understand and are willing to sign written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Under 18 years of age; (2)Emergency surgery; (3)Previous history of pancreatic surgery; (4) Intraoperative exploration of the lesion cannot achieve curative resection.
