18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria ? Age 18-75 years old, gender is not limited ? Oral squamous cell carcinoma was confirmed by preoperative pathological results ? Tumor sites: tongue, floor of mouth, gums, buccal mucosa, hard palate ? T1-4aN0-3M0 was included by TNM stages ? No drugs that could affect the count of blood samples were used before surgery, and blood tests were performed within 1 week before treatment ? Surgery is the preferred treatment and the primary lesion can be completely resected ? No history of other malignant tumors in the head and neck ? Patients can follow up as planned
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? History of chemoradiation or recurrence ?Unable to tolerate surgery or incomplete resection of tumor tissue ? History of malignant tumors in other parts of the body ? Patients with acute and chronic infection, high fever or hematopoietic system disease before surgery ? Pregnant or lactating women ? Participating in other clinical trials ?Other systemic disease states that do not meet surgical indications
