60 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly men aged 60-80 years; 2. ASA class I-III; 3. BMI 18.5--28kg/m^2; 4. IPSS score >7 and proposed transurethral resection of the prostate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous cerebrovascular surgery; Hepatic, renal, pulmonary, and other vital organ insufficiency; 2. History of drug and alcohol abuse, recent history of sedative, antidepressant or opioid use; 3. Patients with mental illness, intellectual disability, or inability to communicate and cooperate; 4. History of severe sleep disorders or chronic pain; 5. Long-term perioperative use of NSAIDs; 6. Intraoperative haemorrhage, serious arrhythmia and other emergencies and surgery time >3h; 7. Those who could not comply with the study protocol and procedures to withdraw halfway; 8. Those who are diagnosed with prostate cancer by postoperative pathology.
