Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese Han adults aged 18-60 years old; 2. BMI (Body Mass Index) = 28 kg/m²; 3. Have the intention to lose weight and are willing to accept exercise intervention methods; 4. Are willing to undergo genetic testing related to obesity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary obesity caused by endocrine, metabolic, or central nervous system diseases; 2. Presence of coronary heart disease, uncontrolled arrhythmias, severe valvular heart disease, or cardiomyopathy; 3. Received weight loss medication, acupuncture, or surgical treatment within the past three months; 4. Presence of severe lower limb joint injuries or bone and joint diseases; 5. Uncontrolled hypertension or blood pressure exceeding 180/110 mmHg; 6. Blood glucose levels higher than 16.7 mmol/L or lower than 4 mmol/L, or currently using hypoglycemic drugs that affect body weight; 7. Suffering from cancer or severe diseases of the lungs, digestive system, kidneys, blood, or rheumatic immune system; 8. Suffering from mental disorders; 9. Pregnant women or those with a history of breastfeeding within the past six months.
