Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-75 yr, ASA1-3, scheduled for general anesthesia without intubation (painless gastroscopy, painless colonoscopy, or painless hysteroscopy)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women, the study of history of drug allergy patients, preoperative use of sedative or analgesic drugs, perioperative patients with cognitive dysfunction, preoperative combined with such as severe circulation and respiratory system disease patients, ASA grade 4 patients, patients with difficult airway, maxillofacial trauma or surgical history, severe anemia, or patients with severe peripheral vascular disease, Patients with a pacemaker were treated for more than 30 minutes
