Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Histopathological diagnosis confirmed as pT1 colorectal cancer; (2) the first primary tumor (3) Patients undergoing endoscopic treatment or radical surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with inflammatory bowel disease and familial adenomatous polyposis; (2) Patients who were downgraded to T1 after adjuvant chemoradiotherapy.
