11 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.adolescents with intellectual disability aged 11–18 years old; 2. IQ ranged from 50 to 70; 3. adolescents who can follow the therapist’s commands; 4.adolescents who can independently stand and walk.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.any contraindications to exercise; 2.severe intellectual, visual and hearing disability; 3.any musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular or respiratory system disorders.
