Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) LDH patients confirmed by CT and MRI; 2) Single stage PELD was performed; 3) Age 18-55 years old, gender unlimited; 4) Informed consent of patients and voluntary participation in the study; 5) Patients or patients' family members have the conditions to use smart phones and can skillfully operate wechat and other social software; 6) The patient's inpatient records were perfect.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who had received other lumbar surgery before this treatment; 2) spinal deformity, lumbar fracture, lumbar tumor, tuberculosis or other lumbar diseases; 3) The condition is serious, most of the muscles are paralyzed, the sensation of both lower limbs is basically disappeared, there are complete or partial paraplegia: 4) pregnant or breastfeeding women, and patients with mental illness; 5) Patients with serious medical diseases or tumors such as severe heart disease and liver disease.
