Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Definite diagnosis and complete preoperative examination; (2) Signing informed consent; (3) Patients who plan to undergo endoscopic intestinal surgery under general anesthesia; (4) Age 60-85 years old; (5) American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification: Grade I-III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) complicated with severe hypertension, heart disease, arrhythmia; (2) illiterate people with communication difficulties and preoperative dementia; (3) Have mental and psychological diseases in the past, long-term use of sedative anti-depressant anti-anxiety drugs. (4) Recent history of gastrointestinal surgery.
