Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged =18 years old; (2) Patients diagnosed with brain tumors before surgery and scheduled to undergo craniotomy for brain tumor resection; (3) High-risk patients with a preoperative Caprini risk assessment of =5 points; (4) Patients and their families Participate in this study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative color ultrasound of both lower limbs suggests DVT; (2) There are contraindications to the use of IPC such as thrombophlebitis, arterial ischemic disease, skin abnormalities, severe limb deformity or mutilation; (3) Severe heart, liver, and kidney complications Functional insufficiency; (4) There are blood system lesions or abnormal coagulation function before surgery.
