Intracranial wide necked aneurysms of internal carotid artery

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Digital subtraction angiography (DSA), magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) or computed tomography angiography (CTA) confirmed the intracranial wide small necked aneurysms of the internal carotid artery. 2) the patients were over 18 years old, 3) the imaging data were complete, 4) the aneurysms were treated with double LVIs or FD during operation, and 5) the patients were willing to participate in the clinical trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Cerebral vascular malformation, moyamoya disease, etc., 2) acute ischemic stroke, acute cerebral hemorrhage, 3) aneurysm located in the extracranial segment, 4) MR contraindications, 5) operation history within 1 month, 6) lack of imaging data.
