Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?The disease was caused by accident, fall, blow and other trauma which was diagnosed as brain injury by CT or MRI; ?The onset time was greater than 28 days; ?Diagnosed as vegetative state or minimum consciousness state by referring to the modified Coma Recovery Scale ; ?The patient had stable vital signs and sleep-wake cycle.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Unstable vital signs; ? Presence of fever, infection or acute infectious disease; ?Various chronic diseases such as malignant tumors, chronic heart failure, liver failure, kidney and lung insufficiency, and rheumatic immunity diseases;?History of mental disorders; ? Received antiepileptic, depression drug recently;?Cranial defect or artificial skull repair; ? Failure to obtain blood specimens or withdrawal
