Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) General anaesthesia patients aged 18-85 years with elective gastrointestinal surgery, regardless of gender; (2) BMI 18~30 kg/m2, (3) ASA grade I-III, (4) Invasive pressure monitoring (5) Hypotension during induction of anaesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Taking ACEI or ARB antihypertensive drugs (2) Diabetes mellitus (3) Combined congenital heart disease, valvular disease, arrhythmia (4) Severe cardiovascular disease (e.g., severe heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris) (5) Severe respiratory disease (6) Intraoperative persistent hypertension, hypotension, or shock (7) Severe liver and kidney abnormalities (8)Patient's expressed refusal
