Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 years old or over; (2) All patients with sepsis meeting the diagnostic criteria of sepsis 3.0; (3) The patient himself or his family members signed the informed consent for study enrollment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant and lactating women; (2) Patients requiring long-term or recent use of hormone replacement therapy; (3) Patients with immune diseases and tumors; (4) Patients with prior severe chronic organ failure; (5) Patients who died within 24 hours of admission or left hospital less than 24 hours after admission.
