Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Retrospective cohort: children with hydronephrosis, who were less than 1 year old at initial visit, with SFU grading of grade 2 and 3, or with APD between 1cm and 3cm without renal parenchymal damage, such as renal cortical thinning, were admitted to the relevant medical centers in this study from January 2020 to October 2023. Prospective cohort: children younger than 1 year of age with hydronephrosis, SFU grade 2 and 3 at initial visit, or APD between 1cm and 3cm on ultrasound without renal parenchymal damage, such as renal cortical thinning, who were admitted to the study center from October 2023 to December 2024. The follow-up time was 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)There were lower urinary tract obstruction diseases such as posterior urethral valves (2) Malformations of kidney development, such as horseshoe kidney, duplex kidney, ectopic fusion kidney, etc (3)Bilateral hydronephrosis (4)Inferior vena cava, ectopic ureter after vascular compression such as renal kidney seeper caused by external factors (5) Primary bladder ureter reflux, bladder, ureteral obstruction, giant ureteral obstructive, ureter cyst opening and other diseases (6) Children with severe malformations of other systems (7) When the doctor has accepted the colostomy in the outer court or catheter interventional treatment
