Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) First-time stroke, meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke revised by the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2019, confirmed by brain CT or MRI after onset; 2) Unilateral lesion, accompanied by unilateral hand dysfunction and Brunnstrom stage I to V ; 3) Ages between 18 and 75 years old; 4) No significant cognitive impairment and severe hearing comprehension impairment, with a Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score =24; 5) Capable of completing all tests and signing an informed consent form. 6) No contracture of the affected wrist or fingers, with a modified Ashworth grading of the hand < 3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe organ diseases such as heart, liver, lung, and kidney, which may interfere with the assessment of efficacy and safety or pose special risks to the patient; 2) Other neurological or internal diseases that affect the function of the central nervous system: including other central nervous system diseases (such as autoimmune diseases like multiple sclerosis), systemic diseases causing coma (such as alcohol or sedative-hypnotic drug poisoning), etc.; 3) Patients with severe sensory or cognitive impairments who cannot cooperate with rehabilitation training; 4) Sensory and motor injuries not related to stroke: such as fractures or deformities of the upper limb on the affected side, sensory and motor disorders caused by cervical disc herniation; 5)  Individuals over the age of 75; 6)  Pregnant women; 7) Severe spasm of the wrist or fingers, with a modified Ashworth scale assessment of =3 for the hand; 8)  Patients with severe sensory disturbances in the hand (monofilament test specifications =6.65).
