Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing thoracoscopic partial lung resection under general anesthesia; 2.Age =65 years old, gender unlimited; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I-IV; 4.Voluntary subjects signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Serious lung diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (GOLD grade 3-4), severe asthma, thoracic and spinal malformations, pleural effusion, pneumothorax, and history of prior lung surgery that affect lung compliance; 2.Severe heart (NYHA Grade III or IV), liver (Child-Pugh 10-15 points), kidney (renal replacement therapy), hematopoietic system (leukemia) diseases; 3.Before operation, there were schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, delirium and other neuropsychiatric diseases; 4.Inability to cooperate with preoperative neuropsychological evaluation (dementia, deaf-mute, communication disorder); 5.History of upper respiratory tract infection within 2 weeks before surgery; 6.Participating in other clinical studies in the past 3 months.
