Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with SCA by a neurologist; No speech, language, or hearing treatment; No other neurological disorders; The SARA scale (Scale for the Assessment and Rating of Ataxia) evaluates various functions. SCA patients are all native speakers of Chinese and are right-handed; No vocal or instrumental training; No mental illness such as anxiety and depression; The experiment was preceded by a pure-tone hearing test at 500-4000Hz with a hearing threshold of 40 dB; Undergo an assessment of cognitive function based on the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) with a score of no less than 26.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Have a history of epilepsy; history of drug and alcohol abuse; Have a pacemaker in the body or a metal implant in the brain, ear, or metal implant in another part of the body; Those who have lesions or damage to the skin at the site of the stimulation electrode and the reference electrode.
