Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age =18 years old; 2) Patients scheduled to undergo open heart surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Emergency surgery; 2) Patients who are clinically judged to be critically ill or have irreversible failure of one or more organs before surgery; 3) Those with preoperative diagnosis of pulmonary infection with positive sputum culture and previous lung surgery; 4) Unable to cooperate in completing the assessment of relevant indicators, such as being unable to take care of themselves, combined with Parkinson's disease, amputation or communication difficulties, etc.; 5) Those who participate in other clinical trials within 30 days.
