Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chest CT found the imaging findings of pulmonary nodules as pure ground glass or mixed ground glass with a diameter of 8-20 mm, with an initial clinical suspicion of potential malignancy; 2. No evidence of peripheral tissue invasion, enlarged hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes, and metastasis of other tumor organs were found; 3. Fully communicate between doctors and patients, patients fully understand the condition, ablation plan and risks, and clearly sign the informed consent form; 4. There is no clear surgical taboo, cardiopulmonary function and other important organs are basically normal, and surgery can be tolerated.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with large lesions or suspected surrounding tissue invasion, considering patients who are not suitable for microwave ablation; 2. Preoperative examination considered multiple pulmonary metastases, lymph node metastasis or distant organ metastasis; 3. Patients with poor pulmonary function (respiratory failure, oxygen partial pressure less than 60mmHg) and cannot tolerate common bronchoscopy; 4. disturbance of blood coagulation; 5. Patients refused to participate after fully understanding the diagnosis and treatment plan.
