Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The child was diagnosed with congenital heart disease; (2) The age of the children was 0-14 years old; (3) meet surgical indications and receive surgical treatment; (4) The primary caregiver of the child is =18 years old, and the time of caring for the child is =72 hours per week; (5) The primary caregiver of the child has basic reading and comprehension skills and can use Internet devices such as smart phones; (6) Informed consent, voluntarily participate in the study, and sign a written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The child's condition is in a critical state; (2) The primary caregiver of the child is not the child's parents; (3) The main caregiver has a serious illness or poor compliance and can not complete the care task; (4) Participants in other clinical trials.
